Designers listing products for sale on the Objects With Narratives (“OWN”) Platform shall be solely and fully responsible for the design pieces they offer. This includes, without limitation, the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all information, images, and content related to each product, such as dimensions, materials, descriptions, and photographs. OWN makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on the Platform is accurate, but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content provided by designers.
ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
OWN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed through the Platform. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Such restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a modification to or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase, including the email address, billing address, or phone number associated with the order.
OWN also reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

OWN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates or changes to the website. It is your responsibility to check the website periodically for any changes. Your continued use of or access to the website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
PRICES
VAT will be billed according to the shipping address provided by the buyer. For customers located within the European Union, VAT will be calculated based on the country of residence. Customers based outside the European Union will not be charged VAT at checkout. However, the buyer may be liable for customs duties, excise duties, and VAT payments upon delivery, depending on local regulations.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be charged in addition to the price of the item. These costs will be displayed in the total bill at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error for an ordered item, OWN will inform the buyer as soon as possible and offer the option to either cancel or confirm the order at the correct price. Please note that the price of an item may fluctuate over time due to special offers or other circumstances. Special promotions may apply to certain design pieces. Prices and other details related to the pieces may be modified at any time by the respective designers. The buyer is responsible for considering the information available at the time of purchase.
PURCHASE
All agreements, including oral agreements, must be confirmed in writing to be deemed binding. Purchases of design pieces may be made by individuals or legal entities that are legally entitled to enter into such agreements, possess a valid payment method, and provide a valid delivery address.
For online sales, the buyer completes a purchase upon clicking the “buy” button. Upon completion of the purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer, acknowledging the order. The price of the design piece, including shipping costs, will be charged to the buyer’s payment method immediately upon clicking the “buy” button.
In the event that it becomes impossible to deliver an ordered design piece, OWN reserves the right to cancel the purchase. OWN currently accepts the following payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and PayPal. OWN reserves the right to change or update the available payment methods at any time, without prior notice.
The purchase will be deemed complete and the item will be shipped only when the payment has been received, and a confirmation email has been sent to the buyer.
