Reimagined Traditions
We are excited to present the second chapter of our nomadic program at Art Basel/Design Miami Seoul, following the launch of our inaugural exhibition two years ago. This year’s showcase continues our commitment to connecting the world’s most important craft cultures, with a focus on South Korea, while fostering global dialogue through contemporary craftsmanship.
This exhibition builds on the legacy of K-Craft highlighting South Korea’s rich artisanal history and its evolving artistic landscape. We are proud to feature both returning and new artists, including
several finalists from the prestigious Loewe Craft Prize. Their works embody the intersection of tradition and innovation, demonstrating how timeless craftsmanship can adapt and inspire in a
contemporary context.
In this exhibition, we explore South Korea’s vibrant craft scene, where master artisans blend centuries-old techniques with fresh, forward-thinking ideas. Through this dialogue, we hope
to inspire the fusion of ideas, techniques, and cultural influences that continue to shape the future
of art and design.
